How it works
One flat monthly capacity. You direct it.
The capacity model replaces project quotes, change orders and hiring delays with a senior team you subscribe to month by month. Here is exactly how an engagement runs.
The model
What is a flat monthly capacity model?
A flat monthly capacity model gives you a fixed amount of senior engineering, design and growth time each month for a fixed fee. You choose Build, Grow or both. You direct what the team works on, reprioritise at a monthly review, and scale up, down or pause with 30 days' notice. There is no project scope to negotiate and no invoice when priorities change.
We do not publish prices because the right capacity for a two-person start-up and a 200-person firm is not the same. Send an enquiry and you will receive a written quote, with no sales call unless you want one.
