Terms & Conditions
Last updated 30 October 2026
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at zynoff.ai (the "Site"). The Site is operated by ZYNOFF LTD ("Zynoff", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15452602, VAT number GB 513 2232 43, with its registered office at Trinity Road, Cirencester, GL7 1PX. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Scope of these Terms
These Terms cover use of the Site only. Any services we provide to a client are governed by a separate written services agreement signed by both parties. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and a services agreement, the services agreement takes precedence for the services it covers.
2. Information on the Site
The Site provides general information about Zynoff and the services we offer. It is provided for information only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and does not amount to an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of how we work, including delivery timescales, guarantees, refunds and commitments, are illustrative of our standard approach and apply to a client only as and to the extent set out in that client's signed services agreement. We may change the services we offer and the content of the Site at any time without notice.
3. Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through the Site or by email does not create a contract or any obligation on either party. We will try to respond to genuine enquiries but do not guarantee a response or a response time. Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information in an initial enquiry; we will put appropriate confidentiality terms in place before any detailed discussion if required.
4. Accuracy of content
We take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the content is accurate, complete or current. Any reliance you place on the content is at your own risk.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the Zynoff name and logo, text, graphics, design, code and layout, are owned by or licensed to ZYNOFF LTD and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your personal use or for the internal purposes of your business, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. You must not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, sell or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent. Third-party product and company names referred to on the Site are the trade marks of their respective owners and are used for identification only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or in breach of these Terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is hosted, or any connected system;
- introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material, or attempt to disrupt the Site's operation;
- submit spam, misleading or abusive content through our forms, or impersonate any person or organisation;
- use automated tools to scrape, harvest or copy content from the Site for commercial purposes without our consent;
- frame or mirror any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities, if you breach this section.
7. Availability
We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or free from errors or interruptions. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Site for business or operational reasons without notice.
8. Links to other sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, availability or privacy practices of those sites, and a link does not imply endorsement.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law: the Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind; we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and terms; and we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or your reliance on its content, including any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill or data.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, and the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted by consumer protection law.
10. Privacy
Our use of personal data collected through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The revised Terms apply from the date they are posted. Please check this page periodically. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right. These Terms are between you and ZYNOFF LTD; no other person has any right to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Site are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
